Payment Policy

Confirmation Policy

  • The customer will receive an instant confirmation voucher for the booking. However, our executive will call you to re-confirm the booking and the timings within 24 hours
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Passengers can cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the activity day and a 100 % refund From 48 to 24 hours.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, we shall provide an alternate feasible date.

Refund Policy -

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved by Andaman Big Sport.
  • Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the participant's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions:

  • Refund requests based on personal preferences, changes in travel plans, or other non-emergency reasons may be subject to approval by Andaman Big Sport on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds for services or amenities not utilized during the kayaking adventure, such as equipment rentals or guide services, may be considered based on the circumstances.
